Every rate on this page is for accounts based in Canada, billed in Canadian dollars, and is illustrative while we run in sandbox. If you sell in another market, your local rate, taxes and supported payment methods may differ. We settle in over 40 currencies, and conversion is applied at the mid-market rate plus a 1.5% margin.

Answers before you ask.

Are there any setup or hidden fees?
None. There's no setup fee, no charge to keep the account open, and no monthly minimum on Starter. On paid plans you pay the flat monthly fee plus the per-transaction rate shown, and that's the whole bill. Failed charges are free.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your dashboard whenever you like. Upgrades take effect right away and we prorate the difference. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep the higher tier for the time you've already paid for.
How fast do I get paid out?
Starter accounts settle to your bank the next business day. Growth and above unlock instant payouts, so funds land in minutes for a small 1% instant fee. Standard next-day payouts stay free on every plan.
What card and payment methods are covered by the rate?
The card rate covers Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Bank transfers and wallet payments have their own rates listed in the comparison table. International cards add 1.0%, and currency conversion adds 1.5% at the mid-market rate.
Do the add-ons work on any plan?
AI Finance, Escrow, Trust Badge and Capital can be turned on for any paid plan. Marketplace and Enterprise get Escrow bundled in at no extra per-transaction cost. Capital eligibility depends on your recent sales history and gets reviewed inside your dashboard.
Why do prices say sandbox?
Bolrach Pay is live in sandbox while we finish provider certification, so every fee on this page is illustrative and only exercises test funds. Nothing is billed to a real card yet. Rates shown are the structure we plan to launch with, and we'll confirm your final pricing before any live processing begins.
