2. SMS Verification

All users must verify their accounts via SMS using a valid Nigerian phone number. You agree to:

• Provide accurate phone number information
• Complete SMS verification when required
• Receive transactional SMS messages related to your account
• Maintain the security of your verification codes

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Spam or abuse the SMS verification system
• Engage in any activity that interferes with the service

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bolrach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
