These terms govern how you access and use Bolrach's payment, wallet, and business finance services. Please read them carefully before you create an account or move money on the platform.
By creating a Bolrach account, clicking to accept, or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and every policy referenced inside them, including our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
If you accept these terms on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity, and references to you throughout this document mean both you and the entity you represent.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to open an account. Business accounts must be registered to a real, verifiable entity that is authorized to operate in the markets where it accepts payments.
Access to certain features may depend on where you are located and on the results of our identity and business verification checks. We can decline, restrict, or reverse onboarding at any point if we cannot reasonably confirm who you are or if serving you would put us in breach of applicable law.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during onboarding and for keeping it current. Outdated business details, ownership records, or contact information can delay payouts and trigger additional review.
Keep your login credentials, API keys, and two-factor devices private. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, whether or not you authorized it, unless the activity results from a failure on our side. Tell us right away through the Support Center if you suspect unauthorized access.
Bolrach lets you accept payments, hold balances in a wallet, send payouts, issue invoices, and run related business finance workflows. You may use these services only for lawful purposes and only in the way the platform, documentation, and these terms describe.
We may add, change, or retire features over time. When a change materially affects how a service works, we will give reasonable notice through the dashboard or another channel you have registered with us. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept it.
You agree to pay the fees listed on our pricing page or in any order form or written agreement you sign with us. Processing fees, currency conversion charges, and payout costs are deducted from the relevant transaction or settlement unless another arrangement is in place.
We may hold a rolling reserve or delay a settlement where risk, chargeback exposure, or regulatory requirements make it prudent. If a customer disputes a charge, the disputed amount plus any applicable network fee may be debited from your balance while the dispute is investigated.
Taxes are your responsibility. Fees are exclusive of any sales tax, VAT, or similar levy, and you agree to pay those amounts where the law requires them.
If you accept payments through Bolrach, you must sell only the goods and services described in your account profile and deliver them as promised to your customers. Clear pricing, refund terms, and contact details help keep disputes and chargebacks low.
You are responsible for the quality of what you sell and for handling customer complaints in good faith. You agree to keep records of your transactions and to cooperate with reasonable requests for information from us, from card networks, or from a regulator.
You may not use Bolrach to launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or process payments for any business that is illegal where it operates. You also may not misrepresent your identity, disguise the true nature of a transaction, or route another party's payments through your account without our written approval.
The following are not allowed on the platform:
Bolrach and its licensors own the platform, including the software, APIs, dashboards, brand, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable right to use the services while your account is in good standing. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
You keep ownership of the content and data you upload, and you grant us the limited rights we need to host, process, and display that content so we can run the services and meet our legal duties.
You may close your account at any time once you have settled outstanding balances and resolved open disputes. We may suspend or limit your account if we detect risk, a breach of these terms, or a legal requirement to act, and we will restore access once the issue is cleared where that is possible.
If we terminate your account for a serious or repeated breach, funds may be held for up to 180 days to cover potential chargebacks, refunds, or claims. After that window, any remaining balance that belongs to you is returned in line with applicable law.
The services are provided on an as is and as available basis. While we work hard to keep the platform secure and running, we do not promise that it will be free of interruptions, delays, or errors at every moment.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. You are responsible for deciding whether the services fit your own business needs.
To the extent permitted by law, Bolrach is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, even if we were told such losses were possible.
Our total liability for any claim connected to the services is capped at the total fees you paid us during the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree that the courts located in Alberta have jurisdiction over any dispute that is not resolved informally or through the process set out in your agreement with us.
Where local law gives you mandatory consumer rights, nothing in these terms takes those rights away.
We may update these terms as our services, the law, or our risk practices change. When we make a material update, we will post the new version here with a fresh date and, where the change is significant, give you advance notice through the dashboard or another registered channel.
If you keep using Bolrach after an update takes effect, you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the services and close your account.
Questions, notices, and requests about these terms go through the Bolrach Support Center. Open a ticket from your dashboard and our team will route it to the right group and track it to resolution. We handle everything through tickets so nothing gets lost in a personal inbox.
